AES2010 Policy Study Team
1. ACTIVITY: Workshop-Planning for AES Policy Study (One Year)
2. DATES: Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5, 2009
3. OBJECTIVES :
- Legal Inputs (A Legal Framework for the AES Study)
- Consolidation of preliminary data reports on the AES according to team
- Finalization of Methodology and Timetable until May 2010
- Communication Strategy
4. VENUE: Our Lady of Antipolo Retreat House
Important Details:
- Participants to bring their own working laptops
- LCD to be provided by the project office
- Board and Lodging accommodation: dormitory type; if you wish to have a separate room, to be shouldered personally, in this case, please coordinate with Fidel at cp 09186749796
- You may bring extra food, beddings, etc if you wish
- Vehicle to and from Venue to be provided by project office; however, you may bring your own if you wish
- Working Kit to be provided by project office (attn: research directors)
Travel:
- Assembly time: 10:00 am sharp at UP College of Law Complex garage
- Preliminaries (Session) at 11:00 am at Venue
- Lunch at 11:45 am
- Sessions during the day, July 4 evening til Sunday 4:30 pm
- Travel from Venue at 5:00-5:30 pm
